We use this data to run your account, save your calculator results and progress history, let you build and follow training programs, show a coach the data you've chosen to share with them, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.
Coaches and shared data
If you grant a coach access to your profile, they can see the measurements, results, and programs you choose to share. You can revoke this access at any time from your profile settings.
Third-party services
The site relies on hosting and email-delivery providers to operate. If web analytics is enabled, your browser may contact the analytics provider according to its own settings and policy.
Managing your data
You can update your profile and measurements at any time from your account settings. You can permanently delete your account from your profile — this removes your profile, measurements, calculator history, and training programs.
